Digital and Analog Peripherals
Staff at StarIC have developed numerous complex SoC systems and as such has developed numerous peripheral IPs which are required to complete a system implementation. The IPs listed can be readily customized to meet your specific requirements. Additional IPs are available through an NDA. Contact us for more details.
STAR5000 - Digital I2C controller
A synthesizable controller to enable the connection of multiple low-speed devices for configuration, or low-speed data transfer.
STAR5001 - Digital SPI controller
A synthesizable controller which allows for up to 40MHz external bus speeds, enabling serial data transfer and configuration
STAR5013 - Low-power, temperature stable 32MHz oscillator
A low-jitter oscilaltor with high-quality audio level performance achieves a 32MHz oscillation with frequency stable between +/-2% between -10C and 55C. (65nm)
STAR5011 - High-voltage LDO
An LDO with input voltages up to 14V with a configurable output voltage range up to 12V and up to 15mA output current. (180nm)
STAR5012 - Low-voltage LDO
An LDO with input voltages up to 3.3V with a configurable output voltage range up to 1.8V and up to 5mA output current and no external components. (180nm)
STAR5010 - Low-power 1.2V bandgap
A <5uA bandgap circuit achieving a temperature accuracy of <0.5% from -20C to 80C. (180nm)
