Low-voltage LDO

Description

STAR5012 is a low power silicon proven block, which provides 1.8V output voltage. STAR5012 only requires 10uA for typical operation. The block has a wide input range of input supply voltage from 2 to 3.3V. The combination of low power consumption, input voltage range and absence of external components needed makes it ideal for low power portable systems.
