Low-power 1.2V bandgap

Description

STAR5010 is an ultra-low-power silicon proven block to achieve micro-power, low voltage, high precision voltage reference. Featuring 0.5% accuracy, STAR5010 only requires less than 5uA for typical operation. The bandgap architecture has a wide input range for VCC= 2V to 5.5V and thus can operate directly from a battery. The combination of low power consumption and wide input voltage range make STAR5010 an ideal choice for low power battery powered systems.
