Description
STAR3002 is designed in TSMC180nm and is operational from 1.62 - 1.98V. The converter contains integrated voltage references with user selectable values for system optimization. The converter has been optimized for very low noise performance with sensors which output signals in the mV range. The input range of the ADC is between 0.4V to 1.3V. User selectable trade-offs between power and resolution are available. The converter also has configurable current mirrors for trading-off power with bandwidth and noise. The configurable nature of the ADC enables it to be readily optimized for different applications.
